15px;">1.视力、听力、言语残疾：庐山市人民医院门诊大楼二楼五官科。2.肢体残疾：庐山市人民医院住院部八楼外二科。3.智力、精神残疾：依据14周岁以上智力精神鉴定设在庐山市人民医院康复楼二楼体检科（或住院大楼九楼神经内科），也可根据残疾人意愿自主预约到九江第五人民医院鉴定；3-14周岁由办证综合窗口工作人员预约，转介到九江妇幼保健院西院（八里湖院区）儿童心理行为科。预约电话2666187，2666134。</span></p><p
