15px;">对辖区矛盾纠纷进行梳理分类，把握常规性、多发性矛盾纠纷的产生、演化规律，做好决策预防、个案预防，确保早发现、早介入、早化解、早稳控，严防“民转刑”“刑转命”等突发恶性案事件发生。积极落实矛盾纠纷跟踪回访制度，确保矛盾纠纷化解一起、稳定一起。对于已成功化解的简单纠纷，采取民警走访、电话回访等形式开展回访工作。对成功化解但可能激化、反复的的矛盾纠纷，监督双方当事人履行协议情况，防止矛盾纠纷死灰复燃、变形升级。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">春季是山林土地纠纷高发季节。今年3月，蓼南派出所在梳理以往山林土地纠纷处理情况时，分析认为辖区内桥南村郭村、刘村一起山林土地纠纷极有可能在近期复发。于是民警提前到涉事村委开展矛盾纠纷防范工作，提醒乡村干部加强对当事人关注和提醒，并确保第一时间向派出所通报矛盾苗头情况。得益于准备工作的完备，在4月中旬，相关冲突发生的初期，蓼南派出所及组织警力赶到现场，确保了处置工作的及时有效，防止了事态进一步恶化，告诉当事双方要通过合法途径解决问题。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;">为加强宣传引导，定期组织民警、辅警、志警转发“三大专项行动”微信文章，大力宣传大调解的性质、意义、作用和独特优势，形成全社会关心、支持调解工作的良好氛围，努力使调解成为村民解决矛盾纠纷的第一选择；</span><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;">会同乡综治部门开展多种类型普法活动，增强群众的法治意识与道德素养，引导群众通过合理、合法的渠道反映诉求。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 2em;">今年以来，组织转发“江西公安”“九江公安”公众微信号文章30余篇，开展专题普法活动4场，发放宣传手册400余份。</span></section><section
