0);">自担任村书记以来，熊廷坤始终把抓班子、抓党员教育管理、夯实基层党组织战斗堡垒作为工作的重中之重。“要带着大家一起学，首先自己要学好，教育党员自己必须要先了解政策。”他总是利用各种机会抓紧学习，丰富提升自己，车上、办公桌、床头边随处可见学习书籍和笔记。通过“三会一课”等党的组织生活和微信群等多种方式，熊廷坤总是及时将自己学习到的党的最新理论、方针政策传达给每位党员。在万杉村“百村示范”土地征收过程中，有些群众不理解，在党员大会上，熊廷坤将上级政策制作成PPT，结合全村发展规划，以通俗易懂的语言让大家了解政策、学到知识，他还组织开展“夜读班”“红色服务日”等特色活动46期，为全村发展贡献更多红色力量。</span></span></p><p 0);">“如何带领村民致富？”这是熊廷坤上任以来考虑最多的一件事。走在村里的田埂上，看到大面积的良田由于年轻人外出务工，无人耕种，不得不抛荒。“多肥沃的土地啊，怎么就抛荒了，太可惜了。”熊廷坤深感痛惜，下定决心就算跑断腿、磨破嘴也要让这些荒地重新“活起来”。他带领大家上山下河钻沟渠，对全村的土地、山林、田地等进行全面摸底、分类登记，建立村级资产资源库，对库中的荒地及周边成片的土地所属村民，每家每户上门做工作，最终流转连片土地500余亩。<br sans-serif;">发展现代农业，关键是技术和销路。完成土地流转后熊廷坤又开始马不停蹄、四处奔波，学技术、找销路，他带领村干部们到处取经，最终确定了以“党支部+公司+合作社”的运作模式，发展水稻、荷花、毛芋等种植产业。年轻人大量外出务工，人手不足，他就带领村干部们与村民们一起买种子、翻地、播种、抽水。现今，万杉村农业产业遍地开花，当季农产品十分畅销，每年固定收益30余万元，带动50余户村民就近就业。“今年，我们计划再种植30多亩三叶木通，争取村集体收入突破100万。”熊廷坤满是豪情。</span><span
