17px;">盘活撂荒地是黄鸠垅村在梳理闲置资产、挖掘自身潜力过程中找到的新路子，也是发展壮大村集体经济、带动村民致富的新希望。在乡党委、政府大力号召下，黄鸠垅村“两委”干部戮力同心、多方动员，鼓励和引导撂荒农户灵活采取代耕代种、流转承包、自行复种、“合作社+农户”等不同形式盘活土地，促进村集体和村民通过农业增收致富。据统计，全村已有200多亩撂荒地完成复耕，主要种植高产玉米、甜糯玉米和优质水稻。</span></section><section
