<p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.6em;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">协商“在前”，共建共治出对策。</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">桥南村注重发挥人民群众主体作用，各包片干部深入联系村民，保持密切沟通，通过开展召开村民大会，对人居环境整治工作进行再动员、再安排、再部署，积极向村民宣传环境整治政策、征求群众意见，共同商讨环境整治对策。会上，村干部对村民普遍关心老旧房屋拆除后的宅基地问题进行耐心解答，打消村民疑虑顾忌。会后，与各村小组组长签订了“门前三包”协议，转变村民“要我干”思想为“我要干”思想，有效提升了人居环境整治覆盖面，营造了人人参与人居环境整治的良好氛围，推动了人居环境整治向常态化、长效化开展。</span>
<p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.6em;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">治理“在前”，突出重点狠抓实干</span></strong><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">。依托村庄环境卫生整治行动，推动农村环境卫生整体向好发展，塑造良好精神面貌。重点对仓下魏、刘家咀、三房张、冯高等村组残垣断壁、乱堆乱放进行集中清理整治，截止目前，调用挖机、拖斗车等工程机械共拆除拆除老旧破损砖瓦房屋七处，清理清运道路建筑垃圾五处。发挥各村组干部带头作用，率先响应政策，及时清拆，协商解决村组道路问题，拆除围墙十余米，清理房屋面积七百余平方。</span>
