庐山市：“财农信贷通”贷款政策宣传要点

left;text-indent: 2em;">支持对象包括符合国家法律法规、农业产业政策和生态保护要求、经营稳定、无重大不良信用记录等信贷条件的小农户、种养大户、家庭农场、休闲农业经营组织、农业社会化服务组织、农民合作社、农村集体经济组织等（包括林业、供销合作社类），不包括农业龙头企业。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>二、贷款时限是多少？</strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;">参考农业生产周期确定，按协议约定最长不超过3年，在授信期内可随贷随还。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>三、贷款执行利率是多少？</strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;">执行利率由原来的遵照人民银行规定的同期银行贷款基准利率按上浮不超过20%的幅度计取，调整为“不得高于市场报价利率（LPR）上浮100BP（执行固定利率的，不得</span><span style="text-indent: 2em;">高于借款合同签订时市场报价利率（LPR）上浮100BP）。中国人民银行对疫情期间等特殊情况有更优惠政策要求的，按其政策执行。支持有条件的地方结合脱贫地区产业发展扶持政策，对农户（脱贫户）的“财农信贷通”贷款进行贴息补助，降低其融资成本”。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong>四、贷款额度是多少？</strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;">小农户最高授信额度100万元；种养大户、家庭农场、休闲农业经营组织（个人）、农业社会化服务组织（个人）最高授信额度200万元；农民合作社、农村集体经济组织、休闲农业经营组织（法人主体）、农业社会化服务组织（法人主体）最高授信额度300万元。</span></section><section style="text-indent:
