style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"> 有这样一桩事件给他留下了深刻印象：2017年，在党支部与公司管理层联合开展的送温暖活动中，徐德平结识了海会镇光明村建档立卡贫困户汪爱琴，老人家身患尿毒症，基本丧失了劳动能力，家里危房倒塌后，徐德平发动新联会企业家为其出资出力建新房，汪爱琴和相依为命的孙女邱田田对此十分感激。</p><p 后来，得知田田因为面临家庭重负和学业不佳双重压力，准备初中毕业后就辍学，徐德平出于对教育的重视，极力说服老人让田田继续完成学业，并承诺今后会一直负担田田的学习和生活费用直到她完成学业。经老人同意后，他暑假将田田安排在公司勤工俭学，了解到其中考分数无法录取高中时，徐德平经过综合考虑，决定让其读五年制高职，通过多方努力，田田得以顺利完成学业，近年来，徐德平为让邱田田完成高职学业共投入帮扶资金5万余元。</p><p
